do you mist the leaves alot?? because you need too. but the sagging leaves are ok, they will perk up when they have better roots.

those clones should be in a dome for at least a week with a flor light right over them like a shop light.Open the dome twice a day for 15 minutes to refresh air.I heating pad under the tray is also a good thing maybe use some shims to keep the tray a half inch off the pad to prevent to much heat killing roots.Remeber to mist the plants as the clone have no roots to drink or take in food so the leaves have to do it.These things should help get you started.Did you rember to hold the cutting under water when making the final 45degree angle cut before dipping them in cloning gel/ powder? Used a steril blade so no infections?

^^I agree...but its not neccessary to put in water after cutting, but besides that FF is 98% correct

I tend to make my final 45 degree angle cut on the stem underwater as it help prevent both air borne bacterial infection and air bubbles from gettinginto stem. The fresh cut sucks water in immediately allowing a quick new start to intake water and hormones. Not needed but I think its a good practice.I have a 100% clone rate over 4 years so I keep to it as an old timer taught me his jedi ways..Good luck

stim-root is supposed to be pretty good its supposed to give it that boost after cutting it...as long as you follow the directions you should be coo..small amount of powder in a container, stick stem into powder, then into rockwell cubes..and make sure they stay moist with plenty of light. and toss out the used powder so ya dont contaminate the rest of the powder..i think you got it from here

edit: just thought about it, since stim-root is a powder it probably wont fill the tiny holes created after cutting, so in this case you might wanna consider soaking in water after cutting so as not to allow air into the stem which can potentially kill it

Keep them humid, they look like they are having a rough time keeping water, thats why they are drooping. my clones perked up hours after i cut them. i kept them in a dome they held humidity, you can also consider something to foliar spray them with, i've started using jump start and it really does seem to help overall. those clones look like the right cuttings, how old are they?

after you cut the stem, did you put it in water before strring it in the powder?
i'veh ad very good effectivness with the root powder.. i aslo cut mine under water, then i maybe sure the bottom 1/2"-1" is coated in water and i stir it into the root powder, and pop it right in the pre moistened cube..

You may want to take a quick look at WIDOW Maker's grow journal. If you don't have a DOME which you can purchase for less than $10.00 you could use plastic wrap and just suport it over the top of them. Did you get a tray with your rockwool cubes? does it have drain holes in it?
