While I do understand what your saying it's no different him selling it than the major cartels across the border who are in bed with the government we live under. MMJ laws IMO are in place temporarily, either it must be legal or illegal. Anything short of unregulated full legalization is a set up for failure for Americans as federal laws and mandates are changing rapidly. Until the prohibition law is lifted no one is safe whether you live in a "legal" state or not or grow one plant or one thousand.

Frankly, if RIU was really in support of their members, they would honor all cancellation requests. They hold possible incriminating evidence on EVERYONE. Just because you say in your agreement that what is on here is inadmissible in court, doesn't mean it isn't. Plus, it is never disclosed that accounts can not be deleted by request in the agreement . Let's say the Feds don't connect FDD with his real name (which I doubt) . Here is a site full of evidence on him. So delete us when we ask damn it.

Yes FDD fucked up by enterprising off of MMJ. That is his mistake, I think people here just wanted to help out someone because he was someone that we saw on this site often. Kicking a man when he is down is pretty low if you ask me. Also as has been pointed out by many think about what his family is going through no matter whose fault it is.

Whoever is talking about snitching has little experience in dealing with LEO, one thing you need to know is they didn't need him to say anything. When the ABC boys are involved they already have everything they need to hang you in the first place. He may have said yes they are "just growing" but either way they had them all "redhanded" I assure you.

I hope everyone learns at least to be safe about what you do and post. As posted above it is possible someone may be using info gathered here to obtain information about you and your activities whether they be deemed legal by your state or not.

If FDD really told, it's very likely the cops would have kept that secret as long as possible. The only motivation they have for saying that to the press is to misdirect the defense and try and play everyone against each other. If the rest of the people caught up believe that someone is already talking, that makes it more likely they'd start talking. That's how cops do it.

My question is not did he "snitch" it was more why talk at all... How the hell did he come in contact with these Ill. people..?? was it from this site??

Repeating what a news story says makes people fucked up? Read the story and then tell them again how fucked up they are. The news report SAYS he told the Feds about KMK. I've stayed out of this thread because I've never been fond of Fdd but.. I wouldn't wish this fate on a dog. Why in the hell does a grown man have to face living in a fucking cage WITH DANGEROUS CRIMINALS for 10-40 years over a god damned flower? I'm disappointed in him for implicating others but I'm not going to kick him while he's down. This shit sucks balls and this is good example of why we need legalization.

I cant wait to find out the rest of the story that we are not being told. It should be very interesting.

First off if you saw the posting of the news "article" you would know that it was actually a blog post on a news site. In addition you should understand that in matters where there are confidential informants and they have you buying or selling to an undercover LEO they do not need you to tell on anyone. If they needed him to tell they would have cut him a deal and he would be with his family hiding under a rock. The "reporter" may have heard that when interrogated that he said some things but I assure you he never had the opportunity to "snitch", these guys were going after big fish and they hit pay dirt. There was no one for him to snitch on anyway.... The others were involved and that's why they were taken into custody in the first place. It's really that simple.

I have not heard FDD whine once, in fact I am sure he knew what could happen to himself. I am done in this thread, I wish FDD's FAMILY the best in this trying time. I wish I could do something to help FDD, KMK and his GF. No one deserves to be punished for growing/possessing/distributing flowers, especially harmless ones.

Edited to add: I do agree with everyone having the right to have their account deleted, especially when in trouble with the law. This information should be disclosed when joining the site, however users should know this is a public arena.

Keep in mind that just because the police told that to a reporter, that doesn't make it true. Cops do things like this as a method of getting information. We have no idea what's really going on.
