alright, so basically i have an issue because i can't figure out this song and its really tickin me off lol
the song is sung by a woman, and i think she has a british/english accent, if that makes sense.
the music video to this is either done by puppets or cartoon, i really can't remember because i remember first listening to this song YEARS ago..
the song has to do with smoking pot, or some brother of a girl smokes it,.. like think cartoonish/puppet characters though, its more of a lively brother/sister or friend happy go lucky
