HELP! Major drooping... PICS

My plant is drooping majorly and i need help w/ finding out what it could be. It's under 2 100watt CFL's and getting watered basically every 3 days. Here is a pic.

Is it to late to fix it?

dude, that is the droopiest plant ive ever seen.

at first glance i would say either over or underwatering

holy shit... are u giving it nutes?... i GUARNTEE U if u lost the hydroton and just bought some soil itd recover in 3 days...

I'm gonna guess it's possible underwatering but if it doesn't perk up after a good watering then I have no clue, how long has it been drooping for?

and no.. it's never to late!

heres what you do bro. put the cfls about 1'' to 2''s away from it. seriously get it close. water it every 2 days unless soil is really moist still . stick yer finger down in it , make sure its crispy dry . should perk back up . get about 3 more cfls too. ur gonna need more than a couple for this. oh and by the way . looks like yer usin a low cfl 2700k looks like. u need to get 6500k daylight full spectrum cfls. the 2700k warm white bulbs like you have are for flowering.
