Help identify please (Clear Photo)

I found these buggers in my plants today and i am not too familiar with bugs so i figured this would be the perfect place to ask. As you can see i am in flowering so if you do know what they are, and if they are bad an effective solution in getting these guys away in flowering would also be greatly appreciated i do not know if they are the cause of the leaf damage in the photo either but it is only on one plant.

I need a better picture of the insect to ID it. (closer etc)
The second picture of damage looks more like chlorosis than pest damage.

i didnt see and bug damage either ..
