HELP! I can't not toke her

Hey all,
First time grower and poster. Suspecting some trouble with my first grow. Any help would be greatly appreciated. But first:

Set Up - Started as a Space Bucket Grow.
Now a closet grow- Outgrew bucket.

Lighting:
4-23w CFLs (top lighting)
2-43w CFLs (side lighting)
All lights 2-4" from plant

Ventilation:
4 PC Fans/12v set up top and bottom of plant

Temp stays at around 79 degrees with 31% humidity

Medium/Nutes:
2 1/2 gallon pot
Happy Frog Coco/Soil mix
PB Grow/Bloom/Cal-Mag
Water PH = 6.3 every watering
Usually water every 3 days/dry to knuckle at about a gallon to 2 gallons

Plant:
Pyramid Auto White Widow (47 days old) - 2+ ft.
20-4 light cycle all the way thru

Problem:
Haven't seen any significant flowering/budding growth in nearly a week. Only very very little in the length of the pistils.

Problem:
Why no significant bud/flower growth? Stunted? Root bound? Is there anything wrong with it or am I just impatient? Any suggestions?? Really trying to save my first plant. She looks so healthy too so idk what the problem could be and if there's is one, is it fixable? Below are pictures from this week.

Move your lights away... Stressed.... CFL are stronger than you may think...... Light intensity is good/bad, find the sweet spot for watts....!!

Looks healthy. It doesn't look like its been flowering long. Don't bother counting days from breeders. Ive never seen a plant finish in the time they say it will. Just gotta be patient, the more you watch it the slower they grow.

Very nice looking babe you got there. And when you say mix the spectrum up, do you mean by wattage? I have 4 42w/150w equivs surrounding the plant (not shown in pics) she's definitely coming around now tho. Can I throw some 125ws around her?
No .... add mixed spectrum bulbs ( 5000k /6400k/2700k ) and you can add supplemental lighting too.

I start seedlings with a dedicated 5000k until a second set emerges then move to either the CFL hood or add to a LED Tent .

42 days ?

by day 50 with an indica auto with buds like that I`d cut the N time to force that bitch to finish

Cut the N just use bloom feed, even then use would use a 1-2-3 ratio max or go 0-1-2 or just potassium sulphate or straight pk

The plants got it too easy it thinks it got loads of time and some autos need forcing or they stop making and finish they just go old and stop making nice smells

also probably best to take the lights out the bucket or turn them off I`d move them up to hit higher on the plant but only you can see it in person so your call dude

Oh oh okay. Sounds good, mate thanks for the tip. I'd say she's looking good as of right now. She stretched even further in 2 days!
there are also some good led household bulbs you can supplement with. If you have a home depot nearby they have some good philips 14.5 watt 100w equivalent lights that are in the 2700 or 3000k (can't remember which). The best part about them other than running cooler is that they are directional, meaning when you take off the plastic globe they point straight in one direction. I still would put them in a directional clamp light with reflector. az2000 did some tests with them and extensive research, look it up. I think the proper distance was 8 inches for them so that's usually a plus unless your space is limited.
