I have my Babies under a 4x2 T5 about 4inches away with a 4inch fan hanging blowing right under the T5 Bulb to keep temp cool cause my plants are close to the lights. Every morning I like to put plants outside for a bout 1 hour. Should I have them outside under sunlight longer or less? Plants are 4 days old in plastic clear cups and One 3week old plant in 1 gallon pot. Also when I put them outside my temps outside are about 85degrees so the soil dries very quickly even with it being outside for just a hour. Should I mist the plants also?

mist them in the vegetative stage with water, compost tea or foliar sprays, the best time would be before they go out in the sun I think. as long as they have established roots you could leave them for 2 or 3 hours or more as long as you water regularly. people say the clear cups are no good, I don't use them.
