help first time grower

i appreciate any help. im 5 wks into flowering today i noticed on bottom of a few bud sites there were a few green tiny things that looked like bannanas. if these are pollen sacs should i pluck off or will i cause damage? secondly what would cause this i was told i could use a geen lite to enter grow room at night is this true? i grew outside in the past didnt visit much but know im in there everyday which i think is making me worry to much. thanks for the help.

Bananas Mean Male (hermie / Seeds) Yes green lights work for after light out working tho it has to be lit exclusively by the green light or your just messin with the light cycle

As for "Why?",.... it could just be simply that the seeds were genetically predisposed, and basically,...crap luck. It happens.lol

Sounds like you have male, wait if balls form get the plant away from others, bag it and throw it away as soon as possible. And green light is ok to turn on while entering your room when no light..p.s. if your in 5 weeks of flowering and there is no bud it deffinetly is male. if you have bud it hermaferdited sorry i cant spell well. So seeds will be produced. Dont throw it away keep going, the weed will be crap depending on how much thc was developed before the seeds started to develop. But you can have lots of seeds for future growth. Once our plant starts to grow seeds it stops producing any thc.
