Help diagnose my plant please

Hey everyone, it's my first plant and I've noticed the tips of the leaves have started to go yellow and a bit brown. Not sure what it is, I have 600w led light above and a 300w cfl for under growth. Have just got nutrients (foxfarm) but have not yet given any until she needs her next watering. Any advice for a newbie on what this might be due to?

Medium?
strain if you know it. Anything else you can think of that could be helpful

It's bag seed, not sure. Looks to be sativa by the leaves. About 4 weeks old. Only the bery tips are yellow - not specific to just top/bottom leaves. The first set of leaves after the cotyledon are also a bit tinted yellow.

Just so you know it's not 600 watts. Probably closer to 150. I doubt the cfl is actually 300 watts too.

Anyways, what's your growing media? Soil, coco, etc.

They don't look bad though.
