Help bugs Have no idea what they are

about a week ago i found these little things on the top and bottom of my leafs there isn't a shit ton but theirs enough to notice, they do not seem to be doing much dmg please help i have already sprayed with neem oil and they are still around.

You missed the eggs, spray with Neem Oil again and 2 times a week until they are gone ....for good
 
i have plants to the side of them on there 4th week of budding what should i do about them i havent seen any bugs on them though
 
They look like thrips.
They will multiply madly if you don't get a grip on them and they will hurt your girls.
Spinosad kills them dead.
I've used it at 4 weeks, but would not use it later than that.
Spray the plants (top and bottom of leaves), wait 4 days, repeat, wait 4 more days and hit them a 3rd time.
That way you get them at all stages.
They have several stages, and Spinosad doesn't effect the eggs.
Azatrol works too.

Do you happen to know where they come from?? because i have never had a bug in my crop before??
