HELP! Bud Leaves are turning yellow! 9th Week of flowering, and still not done..

The title says it all, 9th week and i think i have a couple more to go.

I stopped nutes a couple weeks ago thinking it would be ready at week 10.

But now, all the leaves including the actual bud leaves ate dying and turning yellow.
Since they havent had nutes for awhile now, i know the yellowing will only get worse.

As i harvest these plants, will i need to make sure i completely take off all the dead, dying or dead leaves?

If i dont get out the entire leaf from its stem off, will it cause mold problems latet as i harvest and let dry?

any help will be greatly appreciated. im worried because there are so many small dead, yellowing leaves everywhere, and it looks likes some will be difficult to remove without damaging the bud. :(

im waiting for the buds to ripen. the strain is sour d and usually takes 10-12 weeks..

plus my plants might take a little longer becuaee of high temps. and nute deficiency.

the plants look flushed really well. They should taste great once dried. I definitely understand wanting to bring ur nugget to full potential. With no stored nutrients in the plant the plant cannot develop or grow anymore. This is probably causing the problem of not stacking weight, density, and in general the lack of growth i'm sure you've noticed. the best thing would be some hydro organic nutes (nature's nectar is phenomenal, or bio bloom by bio bizz could work fantastic).

The reason for the hydro organic recommendation is since the fertilizers are water soluble (this will be a requirement for all truly hydro fertilizers) they will be easy to flush out quickly.

You have two options.

1)Take those sexy ladies down now; then get started on your next crop (next time wait and extra week to start flushing or start using something like "bio bloom" by "bio bizz" or even something as simple as molasses instead of plain water for the first week of your flushing regime OR

2) Hit them currently with about 1/2 strength hydro organic fertilizer then flush like crazy once your plant is at the ripeness you are seeking. It seems unlikely, since most of the stored nutrients in the plant are completely gone, that this bit of fertilizer this late in bloom will affect taste or even cause some nutrient build up as the plant seems so deficient in most nutrients. However it is due to the potential of the late fertilizing to cause some nutrient build up that I would strongly recommend an organic fertilizer (chemical fertilizers have all kinds of nasty consequences).
