Help a girl out.....

Ughhhhh, you would think I was trying to build a freaking space shuttle here! They were seeming to do pretty well, and here they are now! What have I done wrong? I just transplanted them a few days ago....could it be my fan is to high? too much light? wrong soil? I'm about to cry! :( IMG_9162.jpgIMG_1911.jpg

(I know they're just plants, but I've been working so hard! lol)

Notice how they're stretching uptowards that light? Replant them in a larger container, fill the soil up just below the first set of baby leaves and get your bulb closer.

Thank you both so much!!!! I'm using CFL's and 2 Tubes. I didn't realize the soil I replanted them in was not good- I used some MG that holds in water- I realized yesterday that I DIDN'T want that, so I just got some cactus soil and extra perlite and a ph reader.....I'll go transplant them again.

What you want to avoid is any soil with fertilizers unless it says on the bag that its safe for seedlings. I use MG Seed Starting Potting Mix all the time with good success. Its basically just ground up peat moss with a very tiny amount of fertilizer in it.

[when you did the first transplant did you mess with the roots. cuz that looks to me like root shock. and if it is you might have to just wait it out
