If you live in a state with medical marijuana laws you should think about becoming a provider for a cancer patient. There are many patients too sick to help themselves.

I lost a father to cancer and my mother has had breast cancer. As many of you may already know chemotherapy is really hard on the body. Patients completely loose their appetite and waste away. They live in constant pain. Marijuana is a wonder drug to these people.

All it takes is a phone call or email to your local activist headquarters and they can give you the name of someone in need.

The feeling you get when help a cancer victim is beyond description. I wish all of you would learn how wonderful it makes you feel. If there is anyway you can help someone please find the time to make the call.

In Oregon contact Mothers Against Misuse and Abuse - A Rational Approach to the Issues of Drug Use.

If anyone reading this post has the contact info for your state please post it here so others can help also.

Thanks in advance!!!!

I would love to do this. Unfortunately, it'll probably be a long time before my state passes a MM law, self-professed love of "freedom" not withstanding.

Right on...after all the chemicals involved in chemo..you'd think that the powers that be would understand that the ill people just don't want more chemicals & that a drug thats been used for CENTURIES (with minor side effects) would be reasonable...but because of drug and paper (hemp competes with them) sending lobbyists to stop their profit loses that might not happen..maybe if they got the big C & other chronic conditions, they might understand..hopefully not too late for THEM...

sorry for your 1st hand experience with a horrible illness..

In Washington you can't do this if you partake of the herb. Your caretaker can't use and he can only grow for 1 person. Hopefully this will change.
