You can run whatever you like with auto's but we would run 20/4

Assuming you are growing in soil, wait 3 weeks before starting 1/4 strength nutes

When I grew bubblicious I used 20-4 light. You are going to need more 2-3 times more cfl light to flower that with good potent results. I flowered nice giant buds on my nirvana bubblicious with about 300 actual watts of cfl. I found adding 2 super size 100 actual watt cfl's worked better than adding 8 smaller 23 watt 2700k bulbs. Check these, they are worth every bit of $20 a piece for the end results:

Only downfall is these bulbs put out some heat, so make sure your girls don't grow into them.

A good sized plant will need 300 or so actual watts of cfl light during. Light amount is everything when growing indoors. My bubblicious produced beautifully with 300 watts of cfl. Buds were plentiful and nice sized. My only regret is the cfl light made buds fluffy and more airy not as hard and dank as I liked. But they were still potent and a fair size. I have since switched to LED which is much better I think. Buds are tighter and stickier. Now I veg with CFL and flower with LED.

I always use light 24/7 with good results. Currently about a week away from harvest of Bubblicious. Some great big buds can hardly wait.

Lose the tin foil and either buy the proper Mylar or just paint the ENTIRE inside of your box with cheap white paint. Reflectivity is important and anyone will tell you tinfoil will cause hot spots and will burn the plant. Secondly where is your plant? if it is in that tiny planter than the light is way to far to be of any benefit. Study proximity rules. Cfl bulbs have to be right on top of plants 1-2" away, or almost touching at all times. From sprout on up. You will need to adjust your cfl's daily to avoid your plant growing into them. You will also need a small fan inside there for wind resistance besides the intake and outtake fans. Hope this helps.

Yeah, I won't beat you up over that tin foil, but please remove it.
You can buy an emergency blanket (Mylar) for $3, or paint it white as many will tell you this is even better

Well those cute little PC fans will do the trick for the first day, after that your plants are hooped
You need to circulate the air in & out of your closet not just swirl the stale air
Build in/out vents and buy a decent fan that can move the air.
