Heat exchanger (cooling two reservoirs with single chiller)

I have one water chiller and two different reservoirs I want to keep separated. Has anyone ever tried using a stainless steel or titanium heat exchanger to accomplish this?

Would something like this work? Opinions? Experience?

I have the same issue running 2 reservoirs at different stages of growth plus a few mothers all in DWC. What I was planning on doing was using several wort chillers, they come in several sizes,

and just dropping them in all my reservoirs. Then I would have the chiller cooling a small cooler of water and just looping the chilled water thru the coils in the different reservoirs. Hopefully this would keep my water temps low. However this is all theory until I get some more funds.
