i take creatine ethyl ester. the ethyl ester is the best form to take. Forget p90x and protein shakes and shit. Here is why. I did all that for a while and I was not half as big as I am now working one muscle group a day, four excercises at the 8 rep style for heay gains.

I am looking at my chest today and it is bulging afer yesterday.

But the p90x is awesome for stamina.

I am having more fun at the gym tho. I get it all cleaned up after me and shit and it is all ready.

I did use to love home workouts more.

I have a dumbell bench and the golds gym dumbells set that has changable weights from 10 - 50.

My dvd player sucks tho and my living room is a pain for the workouts. I guess that is important. Set up a room in your home like a gym, like I used to and it is cake. My house now is kinda full of grow tents!

But the gym is next door lol.

And the chicks at the gym are an awesome motivator.

Get this. I was checking this chicks body out and then I looked at her face. It was the 19 year old daughter of this 39 year old I am currently sleeping with on occasion.

Lol. wups.


Man, I am also eating egg whites instead of protein shakes and a giant giant chicken burrito from the mexican food store for lunch every day.

I also bike to work too. It is a good regime for anyone. Plus women love green things. hehe.

I had bulk of powder for p90 x but it was not enough heavy wights to get the cones I got now lol.

Dont forget the legs. That is the key to being a good runner. And dont read any of those books that advise one minute sprints and two minute jogs. I blew my knees out and they still hurt.

Also ask the gym dude to hel you on machines. If done right they are awesome. If done wrong they do noithing.

Free weights are best.

All the advice I can think of for now. :)

silicon dioxide is listed as one questionable ingredient there... I'd have to read more to comment.

I really believe most of these products are hype. I may for a short time use the whey protein. Creatine I can accept as an ingredient, but only using in spurts......not as a long time diet aid.

Seriously, you'd be better off with a juicer.

I remember years ago when people were saying chromium picolinate was "the shit" .....later learned it could be dangerous.
..just saying, natural is better.

yeah i read somewhere that those shakes are made of egg white
you can buy those at the any food store "powdered egg whites" or even liquid eggs

I don't work out to get big I do it so I know I could drop a mouthy fool like a bad habit, a good looking body is just a bonus I hate the stereotype of "weak ass burnout"

this is why i say i love eating like 2whole chicken breast steaks fish
and + you get a full feeling from eatting

babs, I wouldn't say it's all hype. most of the products on the market nowadays work. the supplement industry has come a long way. I know jack3d works cause I'm on it.

I'll be honest. It's been YEARS since I've even looked into any of them.

My advice is to not use any of them on a regular basis unless you have done some rather extensive studies on them first.

There is speculation to why some are exposed to disease from something as simple as an introduction to a foreign chemical/ingredient or too high an exposure.

ya, I cycle everything. after I get off a suppplement, I stay off for a month or two so my body can recover from the supplements. suppplements nowadays is right up there with the juice as far as potentcy goes.

I know what you mean. some of those products tear up my stomach. some I can't take cause it just goes right through my system. can't be doing squats and think about taking a shit at the same time:D LOL

haha yeah man. P90X is the shit. Love that thing. It works wonders. And plyometrics.. man, thatll get you in shape quick



but yo, that no xplode stuff works pretty well, till you get used to it, then you need a month break or so. I used to take that like last year when I was lifting heavy, and it worked but gave me some horrible gas. haha. now it's just natural and p90x with the occasional gym for bench and stuff

See, you guys are tearing up your stumachs! lol....I'm "Just saying".....Don't you get the euphoric affects just from the exercise alone?

It didn't take me long to become an exercise addict.

I never used any of those and you couldn't tear me away from the gym. The more I worked out, the more I worked out.
My workouts were intense!!!!! I didn't break in between sets, I was a madwoman--all without any of that stuff!

If these aids work like some of you say, it wouldn't have been healthy for me. On a VERY lazy day, I was working out 4 hours a day.....I look back now and see it as being a bit compulsive.

But, if you allow yourself to get addicted....that "extra boost" is the last thing you'll be looking for......it will just be there, naturally.

hey sweetheart:hug: .....when you work 40 hr+ weeks busting your ass and then tending to a garden and RL shit, you get a little tired and drained. sometimes you need a little motivation:leaf:

Hell yeah, im glad to see other stoners getting into shape! I've been working out for the past year trying to better myself, mostly lifting but im down for new routines, I've been getting bored with same old shit... Im subscribed.
