having problems with yields

I thought this would be my last system to ever buy ,but it seems thats not the case at all I have an AF 60 and its not producing at all I will leave all spec's hoping some one can pin point and help dial this unit in.
stain is
big mac
nutes/ GH lucas formula
RO water
ambient temps 72-74
under lights 75-78
rez temps judging on the outside temps 70 and 72
Ive tried both feeding schedules timing at 45 sec. on and 45 off and also 24/7 never noticed a difference other then cooler temps in rez
no signs of def. everythings looks well other than overall weight/yield
rooms size 12x9 and I have 3 1k's Im using a canfan max 10in to exhaust the hoods and am using a passive intake for the room.
I am getting the ladies starts in dwc for about a week just to help acclimate for the next step. the hydroton I use is sterilized with H2o2 for about a day before I use again
if theres any other info needed please ask but I dont want to bore .

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG ,
my other option if setting up some flood trays which arent the worst but Im invested and would love to see this AF do what its spozed to

You have good air circulation?

How is your watter supply? I'm thinking chlorine.

PH is correct?

I have 4 fans in the room and there all oscillating in accord my water comes from a GE RO systems that I have on standby, before I use it I use H2o2 and let sit for about 30 min er so and my PH floats between 5.4 and 5.9 before I correct it back down to 5.4 and antoher thing I calibrate every 30 days

ok my advice ditch the passive intake and use an active one or switch it the other away around. put an airstone in sump and maybe a pot off media in the sump as a bio filter. Run 24/7. keep light right distance away from plants. dont flower plants to early give them some extra veg time (prob most important) to root into system and adapt there root nature. i find 5.8 is the most optimal for hydro ph wise.

How many plants?

How many lights?

How big are you getting the plants before flowering them?

How ripe are you letting them get?

hey GTS , thanks for stopping by and giving a sec to this issue, At the time I have 2 1k's over the system , I want to eventually stagger the legs so that theres a lil more room.
The first cycle I ran all 60 sites and did better overall but I know now that they will get have more room so Im tryin that now,I have about 40 or so in and they look like they like it a little more. For your ripening question there fully ripe I go 7 weeks and then I flush for a week. this next run Im going to let them get about a foot tall before I send them I just didnt want to have that impenetrable rainforest look where ya cant see thru
. and I was also thinking water chiller because the first cycle I ran the outside temps were colder in turn rez temps stayed below 67 and I was swimming in roots and now not so much

I wouldnt really worry about crowding unless it started choking out the airflow. Make sure you use some mylar. Using mylar helps them grow pretty evenly on all sides .

When you start to flower with the Lucas Formula, make sure that you keep the PPM around 1300 from the beginning to the end of flowering. This is Very Important. The impulse is to start with a lower number and gradually increase to 1300 ppm, but doing that with the Lucas formula will keep them from stretching properly the first few weeks.

Make sure they are fully ripe when you harvest. 2/3 of the pistols should be turned brown OR go by the resin glands under a scope. Pulling them a few days too early can decrease your yield by up to 1/3.

Chilling your water will increase yield. Ive had water in the low to mid 50s and the resulting growth was stunning.

keep us posted as you progress, we can help you over the bumps and bruises.

GTS , thanks for the tips of the trade I will def. take your keep RIU posted in some way or another being from IL the non compassionate state,
I wish I could throw some money at to fix the problem but that never really works-hint hint obama , what my plan of action is going to be is firstly raise my light to 18in purchase some new genetics ,Im gonna use the 3 part gh formula with all the additives, get a water chiller mainly because the readings I was getting on the temps are from a bluelab combo and its a nice metering system but it has a lousy thermometer my water was really off by 5 degrees my water at its warmest must have been closer to 75to 77 degrees so thats my first plan of action
