Has anyone tried using mirrors for reflectors?

I set a couple of mirrors at an angle to reflect the light from my bulbs back at my plant. I've been doing this for a week. Sometimes leaves will strech towards the mirror. Has anyone else every tried this?

it changes the angle of the light and causes plant to burn, a lot of people hat mylar because it damn close to the effect of mirrors. i have used mirrors but the result arent worth it. flat whit and some type of ripple mylar is best, diffused light is shown to have very positive effects on plants.

your passing the light through the glass 2x. just use a good reflective surface.

mirro is glass.. it just absorbs light..
It will make no effect

mirrors absorb light. that's how we see ourselves. poor reflectors
