paid on 16th...i hope that I'm not a full week +1 behind the people on the 8th. People have already got their seeds from Attitude's 4/20 special...

The 8th is almost three weeks ago and was before the volcanic ash disruption... I don't understand what the hold up is. I ordered on the 13th and I'm already getting antsy. Hopefully mine doesn't take as long... :wall:

i ordered on the 28th of last month and my first order got lost had a resend on the 14th. im so anxiouse it sucks i wake up every afternoon all stoked to get shot down :-(

hey guys just to let you know the post is going back to normal but it's still backed up i live in the uk and have had probs with letters bills etc not turning up but their starting to filter through now slowly so shouldn't be long for you, i ordered off speedy during this time and got my beans as always but he did have to go down a different shipping route to insure delivery speed (2days) but sorry to say it's only available in the uk guys, don't worry i'm sure your beans are on route for you 1 thing with speedy he always delivers after all we'd all hear if he didn't and as far as i can tell speedy is the man to order from i know i won't be going any where else for my beans after the purchases i made from him 10/10 so far
 
Hello all...I placed an order on april 7, did the pay pal thing, got an order # and saw that the order was "complete" about a week later. I have not seen any further action, and as this is my first time to this rodeo, am wondering if 254.96 is toast. Ccard bill here last week.

I had the same problem. I made a new account with him and used a diff email address then i got paypal the next morning. try it. rollitup code saves u 10%

Hey guys, read back a few pages. Speedy's dad is sick, the mail was, and probably still is screwed up from the volcano.I'm sure he'll be here soon to answer all of your questions.Be patient,he's a human,not a machine.

While I do understand the volcano disrupting mail service, I did place my order back on the 8th of April which is a week BEFORE the airspace was shut down for the volcano. I understand that things happen that are out of our hands sometimes, but I did expect a bit faster service than this. It's now been 20 days since I paid and I haven't seen anything. That's a bit of a lengthy time for "Speedy" to be in the title. I'll keep waiting patiently, but it seems odd it would take this long.

Sick family members is also understandable. (hope your dad gets better speedy)

My issue is that I placed an order on Apr. 15, and although I have not got a response for payment instructions, I've noticed him posting here.

As a new customer, already unsure about dealing with this person, it doesn't make sense to have to wait this long to get the ball rolling.

So far, I am not impressed. Hope he makes it better

He always makes things right, he deals with a metric fuckton of orders every day by himself, and loads of emails and PMs, most of the time he's spot on, occasionally shit happens, even then, a lot of the time it's the postal service, be patient and civil, and it will all work out.

I am also a new customer after reading good things about speedy and I understand family issues we all have them but I would like to see some sort of update from their side letting folks know about what is going on VS our new glass pipe thread

And I am also in the customer relations area and the customer should know what is going on vs what is going on now, I have found multiple places that have the seeds I was looking for but he has the money and they are supposedly sent so I will wait like everyone else

I have read through a lot of this forum, and I have to say that I will definitely be ordering from speedy next time. He has a good record of pleasing people, and I think if ya'll are patient, he won't fail to make this right.
