Has anyone had a lab test their plants THC level?

There's a lab within driving distance of me that will do it for $75 per sample. I'm not going to do it because I have such a small grow. Was curious if others have had their crop tested for THC level.

I have, was a three gram sample for each strain.
none of the results surprised me but
know that the thc results are different from one bud to another
on the same plant.

Yes. Used and continue to use Iron Labs when I feel I have something worthwhile. I find my keepers this way, especially CBD strains. I go for a visual pest inspection and potency test for flowers, potency and residual for concentrates. No edible tests YET; but people love our edibles. Small farmer; 24 plant total. MMMP.

How do your laws work in oregon and michigan that regular citizens (non licensed) can get product tested. In CO it is illegal for a lab to test unless you have a growers license. Same goes for pesticide testing. I could break federal laws and send out of state as I have contacted a few. Their response to my question about breaking federal law to get them the sample.....silence or maybe a chuckle or two.

Always been interested in testing but from What I understand the tests are all over the place, meaning that each
lab you send to is gonna get you different numbers.

Next how do you take your sample will matter.
Lets pretend the tests are accurate for a minute.

Would you send the top of your cola
To get a number you like, or would you pull from several areas and accept the average .

Next i Don't really care about high thc
I would like to know the ratios though.
Terp profiles etc...

I just wish I had faith in the testing process.
Unless I sent several honest samples to several labs and got very similar results I would never feel good about the results.

And there is no way Im going to spend that time and money on my few little plants.
So no. I don't bother with testing yet.

In michigan, you need a medical card. We have very little laws that protect you otherwise.

no card lets us mail weed. no lab required a card from me. I've heard of drop offs at dispensaries, mobile trucks, but mostly illegal mailings.
