HARVESTED FOXTAILS

Wat up roll it up I just harvested my purple diesel at 61 days with some crazy foxtails. Check em out let me know wat ya'll think. At first I thought they went hermie but there are no nannas my CFL room didn't have any light leaks and my ace of spades, lavender kush and cherwillie have finished beautifully. They look ok to me hope they smoke nice. Much love RIU :bigjoint:

Look nice and dense. I get foxtailing with Sat. Dom. hybrids usually. I think they look cool. Bet they smoke nice.

I had a NYCD from soma that did that real bad. The only problem I see with foxtailing, besides looks, is the bud doesn't seem to ripen at the same time. The foxtail itself is "new growth" so to speak. I have a TOH (Tijuana original haze) that does it BAD if I withhold nutes or flush it.

so, foxtailing is strain dependent? like some strains do it more than others or is it the plants reaction to something? ive never had this happen..

I've heard it's more common with sativa especially with da diesel strains it can be caused by high heat my room peaked at 85 degrees every now and then. I also think light leaks can cause them. Hoping mine is just due to strain since none of my other plants have them. There still drying I'll let u know how they smoke
