Harvested flower tastes horrible. Dried too fast? Too many nutes late bloom?

U could water cure some and see if that helps, but u could’ve thought it was dry at 6.5 days but really it wasn’t so now you’ve put it in jars it’s unpleasant smoke has happened to me before, now that it’s been in jars for a couple days has moisture came back out to the point the buds are “wet” again? If so leave em out for a bit to dry up abit more then jar em again, if not bovida packs in jars n jus give em time

pretty good? Yea..You would think it'll work fine for soil as well, this is actually the first time i hear about it though.
Yea, I didn't hear about GH being used in soil until I looked it up a few weeks ago. I thought I had remembered a grower mentioning the salts would deposit and cause problems, but perhaps that was bs.

I used to put into jars too early, ... I used to read if stem snaps you’ve over done it, ...
but this ain’t true, I actually find my bud tastes better when I leave it untill it snaps and feels (too) dry then I jar it. (10 days minimum hanging upside down) Seems to be working better for me. Was sick of burping and checking jars everyday and if I forgot one day that was it ruined, lost all the smell and took on a shit smell. I’d just leave it to dry outside a jar now, I’d rather over dried bud than wet bud.

No it doesn't.

No it doesn't. Dry hitting a bowl gives the perfect representation of the flavor. You don't understand quality herb, poor guy.
It feels out of place to assert an opinion as fact especially on something this subjective. Good smoke has resulted from flushed and non-flushed grows. I am looking to tally up opinions from both sides of the flushing argument, but it gets questionable when you come in like this as the "flavor master" or something :D

Interesting take on this issue. I might dry a branch this way and see what I prefer.

This is 100% spot on. And if you use this method, you will never have bad tasting weed. GUARANTEED!

I even leave all the leaves on, except the large fans. They all come off easily after 7-10 days, fairly easy to separate from the buds. The smell is just amazing as you separate the two. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.

Just dried a Strawberry Cheesecake auto upside down for 8 days. Jarred it up today, sitting at about 63% RH after 15 hours in the jar. Smell is like something from the heavens. Taste is a combination of cheese, earthy, and berry. Love it. Got 3 ounces from an auto.

Alright! My next 2 strawberry cough plants moved to flowering 5 days ago, so I'll be sure to hang dry them a few days longer than last time and I'll see how it changes the flavor.

Not every seed you pop is going to have a nice flavor when smoked, even if it smells insanely good. Smell doesnt always transfer to the flavor and its not due to grower error.

And dont mind Lingua, he regurgitates the same condescending non-sense every time he posts. I just picture an old man angrily bashing his keyboard every time I read his posts.

6.5 is not too quick, its right on the money actually, as far as i know GH is not Ideal for soil, its more hydro specified, never heard of soil grows with GH.
I have done a couple complete grows including one that was outside. I used GH nutes (grow micro and bloom with cal mag). I used miracle grow raised bed soil in about a 30 gal put and pulled an average of 1.5 lbs per plant that outside year. The Barney's LSD was 2.2 lbs itself, it was a beauty.
