Harvest bud rot/mold/

I harvest my plant early and found this right
underneath the main stem.

Should have posted this in plant problems. My apologies in advance.

Any thoughts on what it could be is my bud good to smoke or bad?

The bud doesn't look moldy

I have early because a situation with moving here is what the bud looks like.

Too much moisture and not enough air... that bud definitely looks like it needs another 3 to 4 weeks of grow time.

I definitely agree with it growing a lot longer. It does make me a tad bit sad for my girl to be chopped quick just certain moving situations. Also, does it mess with the weed in the end you think? I tried doing research before hand

Chopping it too early... yes... but it's too late. So cure it and smoke that shit lol.

Completely understand situations gotta do what you have to hopefully you get some usable good luck on the next grow

Thank you. It was awful but next grow will be better. I had grown blue dream seed and failed. This time I grew Deadwood and somewhat succeeded with early harvest. I am definitely going to get at it again and post a journal about.
