Pretty much sativa dominant strains my friend. Anything and everything thats sativa will give you this feeling I gaurantee it!

skywalker is a 100% indica from dutch passion cross of blueberry and mazar. the high is absolutely incredible. whenever i smoke it, I feel exactly like what you asked for Major Tom.

I agree with both grassified and GrowTech. Any strain that is mostly sativa or 100% sativa will give you the effect you are looking for. I have also had so pure indicas that will do the same but still knock you out afterwards one of those being Skywalker(top 5 strain of mine). The best way is to experiment. haha.

im with frmrboi on the apollo 11. have grown most of joeys strains and after c99, my first choice is blu apollo!! devestated me!
