Half white Bubblicious

The top cola of the plant is literally half white-ish yellow and half dark green. Its been like this for a while. this plant was a mother but i decided to just send it into flowering. The top bud is half white. I think its some sort of mutation. Check out the picks ( sorry for the quality its my phone ). The leaf i plucked was split right down the middle. The white leaves dont look like they have anything wrong, they look exactly the same as the other green leaves.

i had the same thing happen last winter, no idea...i cut it off though....

I wonder if those white leaves have any chlorophyll in them. I wonder if you could clone that and have an all white plant and if it would live????

i cloned a bagseed a few times with good results. then on the 3rd version every single clone i took looked like that. i had reached the end of the plants viability. in other words i had cloned the strain to death.

almost looks like bleaching from the light maybe.

It can be caused by over breading or cloning. Its not necessarily genes degrading, its basically a hidden characteristic / possible mutation that becomes present when over bread. Just as in the links above beetles from different breeding areas both developed the same spotted mutation, even though they were from two different breading groups.
