Growing the tree of life (40ft in a grain silo)

So a F1, pure sativa seed is treated (with advanced nutrient's Jump Start) and is germinated.

It begins in a dixie cup, treated (with advanced nutrient's no shock) underneath 2 24w fluorescents.

After 14 days the medium is is transplanted into a 1 gallon bag, and placed under (4) 24w fluorescents.

After 1 week, the light and dark cycle is turned down to 20/4.

After 2 weeks days the plant's bag is cut and transplanted into a 3 gallon bag.
The plant is placed underneath a 400w metal halide and treated (with advance nutrient's Organic-B and humic acid, piranha and tarantula)

Every week it is treated with organic B and humic acid, every 2 weeks it is treated with piranha & tarantula

After 2 months, the plant is about 3 feet tall and is transplanted into a 5 gallon bag and placed underneath a 600w metal halide.

It is vegged for 2 more months,
then transplanted into an 8 gallon bag and placed underneath (2) 600w metal halides, both pointed at an angle.

The F1 is 9 feet tall and is 5 months old.

Its transplanted into a 15 gallon bag
and placed under a 1000w metal halide, with (2) 600w metal halides as side lighting.

It is continued to be treated with organic b and humic acid once a week, and piranha and tarantula every other week

Noting some nitrogen deficiency, the plant is given a light dose of (advance nutrient's iguana juice at 2ml/l and is watered with 3 gallons)

The next week is skipped with the supplements and she is just given straight RO water.
The next week the supplements are started back up.
20/4 light cycle
Organic B & Humic acid once a week,
Piranha and tarantula every other week

After 75 days of growth, the F1 is transplanted into a 20 gallon grow bag and placed under (4) 600w metal halides: two shining at an inward angle from the top, and two being used as side lighting. I found the 1000w to be too hot.

She's about 12 feet tall, give or take a few inches It's very hard to measure that tall. She's pretty springy and spindly, so scared of getting too close to her branches.
She looks like an exotic christmas tree, with extra thin and elongated branches.

Growth has been slow the past few months. Found out the ladder that was used to take the measurement was so wobbly because the foot of it was stuck in the grow bag.....Damaged the roots and slowed growth down.
After 2 more months she's only 14 feet tall.

Switched out the top two halides with HPS, so now (2) 600w metal halides as side lighting and (2) 600w hps as primary lighting.
Given a dose of (Advanced nutrient's iguana juice at 2.5ml/l and watered with 6 of RO)

The side branches seem to be catching up with the top branches. She wasn't topped, and from the 3.10" stem to the tip she's 16 feet 7 3/4 inches.

Got a friend to transplant her into a 40 gallon grow bag that was tailored for her.

It was either not changing the lights or the new bag, but she's 21 feet after 3 months in the 40 gallon. Friend took side measurement, she's seven feet 4 inches wide.

Thinking that some of the inner leaves aren't getting any light, or maybe just overemphasizing the amount of light her outer branches are being lathered with, but tried putting a 1000w metal halide pointing up from the bottom, and (2) 600w metal halides as side lighting, and (1) 600w HPS with (1) 600w metal halide as top lighting.
Trying to reduce lateral growth, but she's a sativa so... trying to get the side branches to match her height.

Friend owns a 20 acre wooded and grassy lot which has a grain silo (150ft tall he says) that is planned to be outfitted with 5-10 (we hope) 1000w HPS for the F1's flowering period, all lined up on the inside of the silo, maybe some metal halides in there too not sure!
Wanted to get the top of the silo sealed with a tarp or two and sealed with silicone sealant, or duct tape, but not sure how to get up there safely... might use a pulley system, or climbing wires, really tall latter (probably not... that height with no sides not a good day), or scaffolds, but basically want to be able to give the girl co2 with a few 20-40lb co2 tanks.
