Growing makes me realise...

I'm growing again this season (outdoor organic) for my second time... I love how it brings me closer to nature. When i go out there to water and take care of my plants i can spend 2 hours just making sure there getting every thing they need. I even talk to my plants and have named them all. You guys might think im fucked in the head but i cant help it. If you feed your plants love they will love you back :weed: that's one of the main reasons i grow 100% organic. Its better for every thing, Your smoking experience, the nature all around your plant and your plant it self.

Your not fucked in the head, its fun to watch them grow from little pinky sized sprouts to giant flowering sticky goliaths. When i cut its gonna be an emotional moment.

a few years ago i used to sit in the grow room for a couple hours a day and just look at them. i even went as far as having a radio on for them. nowadays i go to the room when lights come on and water and raise the lights as needed then leave. no radio anymore. as the lights are getting ready to go off i check on them and turn on the dehumidifier. i see no difference in the plants from when i spent hours with them to now maybe only 15 minutes a day. well maybe the only difference is now i get bigger and better buds but i take that as getting to be a better grower is all.

Know how feel. It's a great experience. I've been growing veggies and flowers for 35 years, but never had such an intense experience with plants as I did with my first cannabis grow. Nothing can compare.

My plants are named, and I'm content for a good hour or two at a time to just hang out with them and watch them grow. I smile at them, and they smile back.

Not weird at all I think all growers get that feeling at some point. For me it was almost a magical moment watching them grow I had been planning to do it for 6 years before I could finally find a way to do it. I think the human contact really helps the plants. For some reason mine really shot up I started with clones and got 22 in of growth in the first month and am getting ready to harvest after only two months with CFLs. For some reason I think the plants really respond to the gentle human contact we give them :)
