growing in manure?

Is it alright to grow in the 50% manure and 50% soil, with a little lime and bone meal, im just wondering because on the back of the manure it says for tomatoes 4 parts soil 1 part manure.

I'm currently growing in pure horse manure, and my plant LOVES it, and is striving more than any of the plants in soil, or half's.
