Growing in a refrigerator??

Hey there, first time growing and i'm trying to figure out what to use as a grow box. ideally i wanna grow two to three plants at once, all between 30-75 Cm so nothing to big. I'm going for stealth here and i wanna know what the best option for a box would be. I've got a spare refrigerator that's not in use, it still works and everything. I was thinking of gutting the inside and using that as a box. if i did this would it be possible to use the fridges own ventilation and cooling? or would it be better to just keep it unplugged and modify it myself, anyone know?

personally i would drain the refrigerant gut the motor and electrical but i would try to keep the original plug and wire as you are trying to go for stealth the compartment in the back of the fridge i would make a light trap to block out the light and the use of a carbon filter would act as a light trap for the exhaust.

It's a good idea yet a bad one at the same time. but you arnt the first. Most of the people that have tried a frig failed. There has been countless threads about it.

Id gut it as mentioned and give it a try if ur looking for stealth. Also, u can try a wooden clothing cabinet or a dresser which won't look suspicious either and can be purchased for under $100.
