Growing For the Stone..

What do you think are the top strains for THC are with no cares about CBDs and my 62 YO taste buds are not really concerned with terpines, but I do want a tastey product. My goal is getting wrecked so I'm looking to start varieties with the "potential" for high THC percentages given the best conditions possible.
Thanks and happy pandemic

Wait so you are a 62 yr old stoner looking to “get wrecked??” This is some master class bad assery....
I can relate... there’s so dam many strains now that it’s actually hard to pin a few down to load your quiver. Potency and flavor can go together...I find THC content alone is not always the best way to choose strains. Steer away from the seed banks lists of “hot” strains. They test until they get the results they want to post into a breeders profile to sell more beans. There’s very little integrity in seed bank advertisement descriptions.
Go with strains that have lineages and/or flavors you are familiar with. The biggest yielders are not usually the most potent. Strains that grow small but tight dense buds tend to have more punch. Cannot go wrong with a hybrid like something of a sour diesel, lemon haze, or Jack Herer lineage. Heavy indicas like Critical Kush or G-13 might be another option to look for if you like old school flavors.

AK-47, G-13, and bubble berry were always my favorite. I've tried so much f what's been around the past few years, but few strains ever compare to those.
