Day 1: GERMINATION
After spending quite a large amount of money in my terms i've finally acheived what I think could quite successfully grow a couple of lowryders (for those who dont know: The lowryder is an autoflowering-dwarf which under correct conditions can go from seed to harvest in 9 weeks)
The strain i'm more difinitively growing is the Lowryder x Santa Maria
This is the start of my grow, i'm germinating the seeds as I write this, i've got a 400W High Pressure Sodium Bulb/Hood/Ballast with a fan to cool the lamp and grow
Here's my setup
Here's what it looks like from the outside of my closet(wardrobe) it still needs sealing cus all the light comes through the plastic windows
£50 wardrobe
Here's with the door open, it's pretty bright but it's definately concealable
£75 Hood Ballast Bulb
Here's a picture of the fan which i've got circulating, the wooden wall on the left of the fan is going to have a vent gap with an exhaust fan leaving the wardrobe (sorting that tomorrow)
£15 Fan
Once again it's not the greatest camera in the world but this is where I want my vent for exhaust
£5 Vent
This is a closeup of my pots, i'm using jiffy plugs to germinate them and then putting them in this clean-clay medium, i've washed it and everything so it's sterile
£5 Clay Pebbles
This is the reserviour, it's a hydro setup ofc, this is the pump line leading out of the reserviour upto the bottom of the pots
£135 Hydropod two-pot set
Here's a list of just some of the things i've bought to fulfill this hobby:
£50 Ikea Wardrobe
£135 Hydropod Two Pod Set
£5 B&Q Vent
£5 Desktop Fan
£5 4 Gang Contactor Relay
£18 Digital Timer
£75 400W HPS Hood Ballast and Bulb
£45 Seeds: Lowryder x Santa Maria Cross
This sum of money
