Grilled's 100w LED Keg Fridge Grow

Sup. I got a free keg fridge and decided to grow some weed in it. I got a 4 inch inline fan and timers and bulbs already so this cost me nothing. Cut holes where I needed em and ported with abs piping. Gutted the ac lines and Freon. And installed my inline fan in place of the fridge shit. The fridge sports a reflective white waterproof surface and the fridge insulates itself from cold or heat.it measure just over 24 by 20x20 and with my lights installed its pretty much a cube. I have a couple decent fans for light cooling and circulation. Heat is a slight issue at full wattage. when my room temperatures are above 27 celsius it will stabilize at 34 so intaking colder air is a must at max wattage. Right now its stable at 25-26 Celsius on half power which isn't bad. Will have more pic in the future. Its just 12 9w led bulbs. Last year I ran 14 plus a 50w pos and got a quarter pound out of a closet with dinafem blue cheese. The first plant in the keg fridge project is 14 days old today. Was told its a lemon kush auto but who knows really. Last photos are from my last grow with similar dimensions and wattage. Same nutes and everything

Id say the keg is finally out of its "beta" stage. I've made a few edits to wiring, fan placement, exhaust efficiency, long term detachable wiring solution, and improved waterproofing and safety. Just awaiting it to turn on and I can take some in-depth pics.

Ill start uploading em now, still just exhausting to atmosphere but temps are stable at around 75-77

Eventually it will either exhaust thru my fireplace somewhere or thru a window or exit somewhere else. I forgot to take pics of how the 4" inline fan is installed inside underneath the floor. Its breathing in from the floor and exiting the roof stack essentially, I dropped 2 Fahrenheit attaching the stack lol. I assume it from the added cubic ft. only running 56 watts between 6 bulbs right now, assuming I don't run any additions this would be considered half power. From my assumptions half power would be plenty for vegging another 2-3 even weeks (photos taken on day 19) depending on plant training. With the amount of spread and density and reflection in this little machine I honestly think you could.

Day 21 got my first preflowers alrwady, was hoping for a longer beg but it is what it is. Repotted into a 1 gal. Gave it its first flower feed. Did its first tie down as Well.

Day 24-25 trying to spread out the canopy. I was expecting a longer veg term hopefully it still pulls a good number.

Day 25-31 10 days into flower on the last pic. The thing wont stretch. I still disagree with toppibg an auto so ive began tieng down the shir out of it. And raising the canopy closer to the light. This is my first auto. I thought it would fill the fridge honestly, and the strain was given to me aswell. My next pull will be a mephisto ripley og

Looking really good, may be worth looking at a hlg 135 setup and run it soft, saving some height in the process.

If i had the extra funds i would, i kinda went outa my way to keep this one cheap. I just got a 4x2x6 tho with a free 150 hps and some other stuff so ill have some more low tech stuff to play with. I figure this keg costs me like 144$ a year in hydro overall costs are under $100 not including my exhaust fan . aslong as it pulls an ounce it pulls its own weight but im shooting for 4 times that lol. Jusdging by the plants siz3 ill only get 2 or so tho. But this is my first auto. The other thing is i disagree with paying over a dollar per watt for any light. It may be because im cheap but i dont see crazy benefits. Also if i keep going with these autos idk if id need more height , i probably have about 16 inches between the canopy and the plant when its not raised abd it started flowering at 3 weeks. Its had all the time in the world to stretch to be honest it wont.

Phone died as i was making my rounds taking pics, i got the 4x2x6 set up and am starting to acquire the rest of the pieces needed to complete this. Ill be exhausting thru the top and out the window, will have the 6" exhaust fan ontop of the tent, 8" muffin fan for intake, square box fan hanging at the light level, keeping everything cool, and a oscilating fan at floor level. For lights i will have 2, 135w led panels, 15 9w led bulbs per panel. You can see them on the left side of the tent against the wall. And a 150 hps centered between the 2 panels. With everything plugged in and running i should be at about 700w + my sub 250w keg fridge, should still run under 1000w at the wall.

A quick look at day 33.
Will have some new ones up soon. I swear the things almost doubled.

That looks really nice, you said thats an auto?, Im currently growing a reg king loui 13, not sure if its a female yet, but its stinks already, she is 23 days today, i started a little bit of lst, i really hope its a female, i will be flipping the switches at day 30, will see how it goes

Day 37 for this little shrub, day 16 for flower. Its small and not very crystal dense. But i guess its a good test for the keg fridge, everything is growing well, good temps, sufficient air supply and light.

The breeding project has been successful so far, you can see seeds popping out of the calyxes.

Starting to cut feed out have maybe 2 weeks left. Sorry for the pics.

Big nug out of fucus i. The back is probably 2.5" thick lol. Full of seeds. Theyre pretty much done checked a few 3/5 are brown and striped. I imagine come harves itll be closer to 5/5
