Good or Bad??? Newbie here needs help

Okay im suprised my grow box is working but as of right now i have two cfls i belive they are or florecents but there 26watts and blue, i have my seed in 16oz cup for now and i got the seeds 2 weeks ago and germanited them and one spike came out and planted it in some good damp soil (brand new and about inch down in the soil) i have the light about 5 inches from the cup on top. But when i opened the cabnet i looked and the seed is growing out of the soil but the seed shell is still attached to it and the stem is about 8cm out of the ground with the seed shell still on! so please reply is this bad?, make any changes? light? i water with a sprayer 2 squirts a day. Thanks!!

no not bad if the shell does not come off by itself within 24 hours gently/carefully remove it with tweezers

do not spray every day seedlings only need to watered every 5 to 7 days

just read as much as you can here and learn, you'll be growin in no time

Also, make sure you keep the light kinda close without burning the tops, or else they will stretch.

And while your at it, put a small oscillating fan near em.

no its not bad. it tends to happen often (well for me at least). just leave it be. itll fall off on its own
