I had a heavier frost this morning. I didn't get up in time to see it on the ground, but it was thick on the back window of my car {in the shade}. It touched up my peas some. But they were too thick anyway.

At 1910 it's clear, 55F with 51% humidity. Forecast high/low of 68/42F with no chance of rain. 10 day high/low of 81/36F with one night of possible rain. The nights of 36F will produce frost, so I will have to keep my eye on my pepper sprouts. I covered them last night, and they looked fine this morning.
that's funny the bush peas we grow up here love the cool weather come right up thur the snow

It was another cool morning. There was a light frost. Nice and sunny though. I had to set up 140 chairs outside under the big oak, and it was nippy when I first got out there.

At 1330 it's sunny, 67F with 59% humidity. Forecast high/low of 69/52F with no chance of rain. 10 day high/low of 81/33F with one day of possible rain. Next Wednesday looks like it might be corn killing cold.

The month I hate most is February. It's depressing.
Yes agreed.. At least you start seeing signs of vitality in March and have good ol april to look forward to.... Hunting and snowboarding is about all i like about winter.... Everything is harder to do and the cold... Blahh

We had a pretty good thunderstorm yesterday afternoon. It had stopped raining by the time I got to camp, but the wind was blowing water off the trees on my tarp all night. And it has continued to blow all day. Cool and blustery. At 1720 it's sunny, 59F with 37% humidity. Forecast high/low of 64/37F with no chance of rain. 10 day high/low of 78/34F with 4 days of possible rain.
