Going on vacation b4 the girls are ready??

OK so I have a bit of a problem. Roadtrip coming up in three weeks and I need more time. The Critical Kush should be OK but the WW and Cheese better hustle up. It usually takes me about 10 days from being chopped to moving to Mason jars that get burbed every day.
I'm including a few pics. The first one is a C Kush that I'd like to see get another week to 10 days although I could probably chop now. I dont want to screw up my cure but I'm not sure what to do..



The next two pics are WW and they look to be needing a couple more weeks.


These should all be just a little bit further along. They have been in flower for 8 weeks but as I'm approaching the finish line I'm getting bunched up with ainxst. I could really use some advise. Should I chop the CK and the WW now to get a cure going or should I hold off? I have time to hang them and time enough for the paper bag but how do I burb them from a 1000 miles away. Would it be inappropriate to scream HELP ME!

Not sure which pics are which plants, so the first 2 pics show a plant that is close and could be taken down in the next week or 2.

The second 2 pics aren't even close, another 4 weeks.
