Well you have his name and address, possibly a phone number. It's hit or miss but you could post it to 4chan where anonymous is. Those angry 14 year old bullied kids are heartless and won't even care if he did anything. Once those insane stalkers have somebodies "dox" they seem to try to drive that person to suicide.
