general outdoorsy type help needed

I have a spot outdoors, which is next to a mileventy acre cornfield (ok, mileventy is not a real #, there is just corn growing as far as I can see in 3 directions, and then the route back home, which is prairie grass. The soil is really dark, almost black, very loamy, I can dig straight down 3.5 feet or more, and not hit any clay, or anything other than straight black soil. About 30 feet from the grow site, I have a stocked pond, fishes, frogs, turtles, other crap that lives in water... this is the water I use to water my plants, I was told that this water would probably be good since it has fishes and stuff living in it.

1. how do I figure out what nutrients are in the soil already (that being said, how about the water?)? (so I don't add too much...)

2. how much of what kind of nutrients should I be able to add? so far I have been using regular stuff you find at the store for tomatoes and roses (I've read that these plants are similar to weed in nutrition requirements. I have been using a 10-5-5 tomato fert, a 7-7-0-7 (Ca) bonemeal, 14-4-3 fertilizer spikes and 18-24-16 miracle grow rose bloom feed. The last one I have barely used, the bone meal and tomato fertilizer has been applied to every plant, the spikes to about 90% of them.

I have:
6 Double White Cheese (hazeman, Aloha white widow x exodus cheese cut)
2 Molokai Kush (Hazeman)

6 Afghan/Hindu Kush (indoor, been growing outdoors, seems to be doing ok, gonna have to check for hermies)

9 Wild Thailand Kush

White Widow (dinafem)
Critical Cheese auto
critical auto

30 autopounder
35 kandy kush (bubblegum something with autopounder)

I will be posting pics in my grow journal when I get my camera fixed, right now, I want to know how much more nutes I need to add. so far with all I've been doing, the only bad thing (other than the occasional caterpillar) I have seen light yellow spots on the leaves, not a lot, and they generally disappear soon after I water them.

Right now, the only time they seem to do bad is when they don't get water for a few days (or when someone trips over them, that seems to have a 100% death rate attached to it), so I know I'm doing stuff right. I want to add nutes to get them to explode with growth, I only have a month or so left to veg, I have some that are big enough to clone, but damn it I want them bigger lol, please help :) the stem is only about as big as a straw (AHK stems seem a little more than half as thick as any other ones, some reggies I have growing are super thick and lush, after 1 month less vegging time, what the wtf?

I am kind of new at this, I am open to suggestions as this is my first grow to actual inflorescence, I have been keeping them in veg, and then terrible stuff happens to me, which leaves me with the only option to get ride of the poor plant (now I am in a great great location!) or get busted... Now that is finally not gonna happen. So please, what do I do??? what of what nutes should I add for bigger healthier plants? I can't find a table with strains and nute requirements, or it would be soo easy!
