general hydroponics flora mixtures

so I am finding some people use different mixtures than recomended by GH, is there any supreme mixture you guys have had great success with that differed from GH's recomended use?

do you have a meter?

i know about ppm and ph..let me rephrase what i am asking.. GH advises 3tsp 2tsp 1tsp for vegatative growth (flora series respectfully), has anyone gone against their mixing ratios and found better success doing so, ppm should be the same in the end, just talking about how much of which bottle....nawww mean?

I've heard of the Lucas formula which is based on the flora series nutes. The formula uses only flora micro and bloom.

I personally haven't used it but ive seen quite a few growers who use it. Theres a few growers on rollitup that use it, but search around the net, google will turn up some threads on other forums.

hey guys i am starting a 8 bucket drip system and just got a ppm meter. what is a good ppm level?

I use the Flora series and you can push it pretty good without burn. I like the ease of it and it grows well.
Make sure you ALWAYS shake the shit out of the jug every time. More than you think is necessary i was just shaking like a normal person would and it globbed up on me and i had to add water.
