Fucking people..

Good point, I always at least introduce myself to the neighbors on either side of me. We have become so boxed by video games, internet, ant TV that we forget there are REAL people all around us.

I've had similar problems living in apartments it is difficult to live in a small ass box with paper thin walls and 20 neighbors.

Calling the Cops though, that is bullshit. I personally never call the police and I've been in some pretty hairy situations . . .
And THATS why I could never live in a apartment. I have to live on my own property....

I just moved here recently so I got what I could get at the time being. When one or two of my friends finally makes it up here like I did *I was first out of 4 people intending on moving* we're planning on renting a house together.

Soon.- soooooooon.

So this is in NO way meant to last any significant amount of time.

The only crime punishable by hanging in the U.S. :-) Also after you die all your possessions become the property of the federal government.
your kind of right, i beleive washington and a few other states still have hanging as their backup form of execution and some prisoners on death row can still choose hanging over lethal injection if they were sentenced to die while it was still the primary execution method. i think i'd rather die from a gunshot to the back of the head(they no longer do it that way though, normal firing squad is still used in utah for some offenders if they choose though, but i'd rather get my brains blown out than shot in the heart/lungs 4 times), next choice hanging, and then lethal injection. how about you guys? lol

At present, capital punishment varies from state to state; it is outlawed in some states but used in most others. However, the death penalty under federal law is applicable in every state. Other forms of capital punishment have largely been replaced by lethal injection in the U.S., where the condemned may choose this as an option. Only lethal injection is used at the federal level and only the states of Washington and New Hampshire still retain hanging as an option. Hanging was the preferred method of execution in the state of Iowa until 1965, when Iowa abolished the death penalty. The last inmate to be executed by hanging in the state of Iowa was condemned murderer Victor Feguer, on March 15, 1963. Currently, Iowa has no death penalty, all suspects convicted of capital murder are automatically sentenced to life without parole.
Laws in Delaware were changed in 1986 to specify lethal injection, except for those convicted prior to 1986, who were allowed to choose hanging. If a choice was not made, or the convict refused to choose injection, then hanging was the default method. This was the case in the 1996 execution of Billy Bailey, the most recent hanging in American history. Since the hanging of Bailey, no Delaware prisoner has fit into this category, thus the practice has ended there de facto, and the gallows have been dismantled.
In New Hampshire, if it is found to be 'impractical' to carry out the execution by lethal injection, then the condemned will be hanged, and in Washington the condemned still has an outright choice between hanging and lethal injection.[40]

lol, here's the part/s most relevent to our conversation,

its also almost been 15 yrs since the last person was hanged, it was billy bailey in 1996 in deleware, so you are correct its been a long time since someone was hung, but washington still gives the choice to die that way, its just nobody has used the option for a long time and washington has relatively few executions.

im a strong supporter of the death penalty in case you didnt notice btw:lol::lol::lol: anyone who could brutally rape and kill some poor girl or a family in a burglary or just plain brutally/violently kills someone who's done nothing to them they deserve alot worse than our little prick in the arm system, they should be tortured to death......ted bundy, john wayne gacy. jefferey dahmer, the dc sniper who was recently executed, btk(john rader) and many others deserved alot more pain than they were given. ive read the case file summaries of every recorded execution in the united states in the last 10 yrs, 1/75 is a case where i fell it might not have been the right thing but that still leaves 49 monsters that got a death too good for them.

correction-john rader is not on death row, he commited his crimes when ok didnt have the death penaly so they had to let the fucker live. also, i forgot a few monsters who should die-the green river killer, adrian yates(its something like that, might be a letter or two off on the spelling.) look any of those guys up and im sure you and/or anyone else would feel the same regardless of what u think of the death penalty right now unless your just a anti-death penalty fanatic who wont open their eyes and then cover their ears when the victims are mentioned while they plead for mercy for the killer at the same time. lol
