Honestly, I think I'll just get put back in probation. I'm a college kid and these were my first charges, that'll look good in front of the judge. But, I don't want to do 3 years of probation again, I'd rather do jail time and get out free. But, worst case I guess i could get a couple years in prison, since it was a 2nd degree felony.
Yeah, that's how most people's are. They get a suspended sentence for x amount of years. I don't know
They never gave me a suspended sentence. If you violate probation with another charge you won't get it again. But, if you violate on a technecality like a dirty test the judge may put you back on.

Damn dude...this is a tough one. I can tell you for a fact that if you get pulled over or whatever and they run your name through NCIC, FL WILL extradite your ass from Cali. I was locked up with a dude in St. Lucie county that FL extradited from Cali for a goddamn failure to appear bench warrant. Damn dude....this sucks man

So if I get pulled over in any state they'll find my warrant in FL and I'll be arrested? Or will they only find it when I'm arrested and they run the NCIC at the jail? Because I remember when I was arrested, b4 they let would me out they ran an NCIC. Yeah I talked to my Fla p.o. she says I'm violated and there's a warrant. The weird thing is the Cali p.o. doesn't know it yet. And it was issued in July
I don't see the point in seeing my Cali p.o. if my probation is violated. This is really weird.
i gotta believe if you get pulled over, they will run your name for warrants because it seems like they run everyones names even for a traffic violation.
I'm meaning if I'm in a different state than Florida. There has to some state I can hide in. There's no warrant here in Cali according to the courthouse but maybe they just checked Cali and not the country?

I guess it depends on who pulls you over and if they do the NCIC check. I know most of the states over here will keep you if you have a warrant in another state until they determine if the other state wants to come and get you. Like I said before, FL WILL extradite your ass.
thats what i am saying, there was no warrant for me in the state i live in but when i got a pulled over for a traffic ticket, a warrant from a different state showed up. it is called a fugitive from justice warrant and i am sure the computer in their car shows warrants from around the country. i could be wrong but i think if any cop runs your name it will show up, but since you said your warrant hasnt showed up in cali so its weird. just be careful my friend and oh yeah FUCK THE PO PO!!!!!
