I just found out I violated my probation. I failed a piss test March last year and have been violated since July. The weird thing is my probation is from Fla but transferred to Cali and in Cali there is no warrant for me. But, in Florida there is...I was going to get off in March and move back to Fl b/c I hate it here. Now I don't know what to do. I can go turn myself in and go to jail and get out and live in Fla. Or I can stay here and never step foot in Florida again. I don't know wtf to do, I feel like crying:cry:. I was only a month away from putting all this shit behind me.

I'm going to go get high now...I quit the last two weeks b/c I have to report later today. But, I guess there's no point in going to see my P.O. out here since I'm violated anyways. My life sucks. Please, If your thinking about selling weed, don't do it. It's really not worth it.

Yeah it sucks, man. Looking on the bright side, at least I'm off probation now. I feel better now. Getting high after quitting for two weeks feels greatbongsmilie

It's fucking weird that there's no warrant for me in Cali but in Florida I'm violated and there's a warrant. The charges and probation is out of Florida and I guess the two states don't talk:confused:...I've been reporting to (and quitting weed for two weeks a month) since July for no fucking reason whatsoever:shock:.

Damn just thought of something:wall: Won't that come up if they run an ncic on me? Do police even have ncic's on the computers in their cars?

if you get stopped it is possible that they could extradite you back to another state and hold you there to be charged and trialed.
yeppers.....you may be fucked here shortly depending on how much weed you were caught with selling and how soon you get stopped.
but there are those people that slip under the radar until 40 years later they get a traffic stop somewhere and they find that shit. my friend recently had this happen with a theft by deception charge that happened over 30 years ago. he is a truck driver and got stopped one day in a weigh station and they locked him up for that shit. since then the charges have been dropped down to some b/s but it was a big hassel for him being a truckdriver with a load and being in jail.

Yeah but I talked to the courthouse here and they said there's no warrant for me out here in Cali. Then I called the courthouse in Fla and there is one there.

Stay where you are and make some great new friends.
I would never hand myself in to go to prison.
Hope it works out for you:blsmoke:
Thanks for the advice, Nat. That's what I'm leaning towards right now. I got to move somewhere hot and w/ less meth addicts, tho. I'm living with my mom, dude lmao. So I'm moving in March somewhere, it just sucks it can't be my home state now.

Yeah county sucks. I wonder if maybe I slipped under the cracks somehow? Because wouldn't there be a warrant for me in Cali by now if it was issued July last year?

For minor offenses they rarely extradite, but do know that all the states are linked up by database. It might haunt you forever when trying to do things, like, getting a license in any state. Do your time and put it behind you, or, Canada...............?

You'll have to deal with it sooner or later. Being stopped on the humble and the fuzz seeing you have a warrant (national database) will get you sent back to Fla to do your time.

IMO...Its better to do it on your own terms than to have them snatch you up while important things are going on in your life...school...tests....family stuff etc.

When you have no obligations and feel you're ready...I'd call my p.o. in Fla. and let them know Im coming home to turn myself in.

Why run....Be a man and get it squared away. I myself at one time did a full 4 years back in NJ. I was offered parole after 2.5 but would be on parole for the remainder. I passed on the parole offer. Thats a setup...Ive seen alot of people come/go/come back to prison because of parole violations. They finish their sentence and usually have a new charge tacked on to boot.

Anyway...Im of the mindset of fuck being on papers. Do your time and start fresh.

Dont run...It'll bite you in the ass when you can afford it the least.

BTW....Havent been arrested since. Went to college and completed my E.E. degree.

Stay in school!!

Fuck me, it's a felony:wall: I remember a dude in county was saying he was moving to Tennesse b/c it's the only state you can get a license and is not linked up...Tennesse here I come, I guess. I'll have to check this out.
