switching my set up to hydro flo n grow and wass wondering wat medium to use hydroton rocks or rockwool gro cubes with the grow cubes i would only have to water twice a day cuz it retains alot more moisture and with hydroton the pump would have to turn on 3 times a day which one would be less stress full salt build up algae things like that wat would u guys go with thnx
