I am such an air head today...I guess today is the 17th so that would make tomorrow the 18th and the day Conroy goes to the SC. I don't know where I lost a few days. Oh that's right, I'm still stuck on Friday when my government lambasted me.

couldn't even get the date right!

Does anyone know if there is anyway to "watch" the proceedings? VI Chris weren't you going to see if there was a way?

I could be wrong but I think he is just going before a judge to see if we can keep our lic until the SC makes a ruling. So he might not be before the SC tomorrow. Just a judge.

Anyone know for sure?

The decision is scheduled to be delivered before March 31st if the injunction will go through based on conroys site. There is a good possibility that the judge won't decide anything tomorrow so we just have to wait.

I hope that Conroy can really emphasize how the cost will be out if reach, as well as the personal growing.

I don't think the courts will side with us at all.

They will probably put a hold on the changes until it's heard, but beyond that, I have little hope.

I can't find anything to get the results live, that said,I'm stuck on dial-up here (don't get me started on that...lol!) so I didn't do a great search. I am going to listen to CKNW news/talk radio and check Conroys website this afternoon. I check this site all the time so the first person to hear the results should share on here!

Has anyone got a notice yet from HC that says they have to send them the declaration letter? I haven't...and I won't stress until I do...
