I'd say that your best bet, would be to flush it, get a bag of good soil,(add perlite, which is always a good idea, even if it already has some in it), and transplant to a bigger pot. That thing looks like it's been through hell, but will recover, Then, you can take some cuttings from it, flower the rest, and start fresh and new, with new clones.
