Fox Farm

I'm looking for anyone who has used the Fox Farm line up (Grow Big, Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom). In the past I havent grown with anything but just regular T12 flouresent and straight water, no fancy lights or nutes. But I recently purchased a T5 Ho 4' 8 bulb 40,000 lumens and got the Fox Farm line up. If anyone with a little more experience in the field give me a little input, like what the difference in yeild is going to be if any because i have always had a great turn out with just T12's and straight water. But I figured I would give the new age stuff a shot. THANKS.

i cant tell u how much it will increase yield, ive used fox farm soil and nutes from day one.one thing i can tell u is do not use the recommended amount, id start out at half strength or less until you see how your strain handles them.ff nutes r very strong and will burn if not carefull

Just thought I might get different responses from different people if I have offended you then I am sorry. Didnt know you were the Forum police. I'll know better next time. There is really no reason to be a hater. Didnt really think people like you existed on this web site.

You took what he said personal for some reason, he was warning you so you dont get banned. So please drop the attitude.
anyway. It really depends on a few things, what kind of soil did you use in the past? not feeding at all throughout the grow and you not having horrible nute problems must mean you are using soil w/ added things to feed them, do you mix your own soil or is it something store bought? Just how much do you usually get a harvest?

To answer your question I have the same setup as you OP, and I have nothing but good things to say about the T5 8 bulb setup.
I haven't had to much experience with 2 full grows under my belt. But I think the Fox Farm nutes have served me well.

Here is picture of my last plant chopped down.

I'm currently in my first grow (days away from the end, i hope!) and I've used the fox farm trio. I don't have anything to compare it to (being my 1st), but so far I have no complaints. I grew from seeds. Once they were seedlings, I used 1/4 strength nutes in the solution for the 1st week. I change my solution once a week. Then I followed fox farm's schedule through the rest of the grow. I figured I'd be harvesting this week so for two weeks I used 1/2 strenght nutes and for this last week I'm using straight water (ph adjusted) and changing it every 3 days.

I think my plants are huge and I let them veg too long (for the space they are in). No problems with nutes though.

If I were you, I'd go to the foxfarm website and download their schedule.

Wow, I didn't realize this was going to turn into such a big deal. I said I was sorry if I offended anyone. Just didn't realize anking a question on differnt forums was such an issue. And yes I am new to Rollitup but I didn't just fall off the turnip wagon last night. Once again I Appolgize

I may be dense, but why is it a problem to post a question in a few forums? I didn't know it was frowned upon when I first joined and did it too just trying to get the broadest selection of answers to a question. I had been on other forums before RIU and never heard anything about it other than "spamming" when someone was obviously trying to sell something.

Sorry that was off topic. I have just recently started using FF nutes and have noticed a HUGE difference while vegging. Haven't started the Bloom nutes yet.

Let me keep it real wit u general feed with micro n veg nutes then go heavy before flowering then when use tiger bloom go general untill halfway through flowering n then go heavy on 'em u kan look at my piks if send me request i wouldn't use anybody else they got me hooked wit ff

Don't forget a proper flush though!

Wow you just dont stop do you. Enough is enough. I kinda thought or at least I hope that a forum like this one was full of grown ups, but I guess I was wrong. SHOOT I guess from now on if I ask a question just totally ignore me, because if its going to turn into an ordeal like this (like I'm back in grade school) then I really dont want your answer.THANKS GUY.
