Fox farm lst grow

Plant number 1.

Day 15 vegg.

Day 18 vegg.

I took of the leaves 2 yellow leaves. Help?!
You can really see the growth from the lst!
I had the same problem with mine and I came to the conclusion that I was watering too much. Even though it looks really dry you can stick ur finger down in the soil and it could still be very moist. I was also told to trim off the yellow parts on the leaves a few days after I slowed the watering process. Experienced growers was this the correct advise? Thanks guys and good luck man theyre lookin dank!

That might have been the problem! I think that assumption might be correct?

dont bother trimmin them off till it gets bigger then that, those starter leaves will eventually be so far away from the light that they wont do shit and u can just trim them so it helps ur plant with bud growth instead of spending energy trying to make those leaves grow nice...if u look at a lot of experienced ops u see pretty much the lower third of leaves trimmed off, this helps ur plant get more airflow and concentrates ur plants power on the top.

So when do you suggest trimming off the yellow leaves?

no never start ripping leaves off when ur plant is that small, i wish i had pics on this of my setup so i can show u how sometimes that happens and its not a big deal really, i just use reg water for a few days and slowly start feeding nutes, when they r that small i dont even use nutes really until after the first month of growth

Oh I gotcha. What about molasses? I use that in every watering. Should I stop for a few days and then slowly work back up?

beastie bloom?...i use ffof too...i like it...in the future u might want to add to the soil too...like worm castings, more guano, and perlite....u should be good for now without nutes but ur deff gonna wanna get some to get better results....gh is alright for beginners...i just switch to the botinicare line to try it out...its alright to experiment of course if ya want...u got meters and everything to make sure u got the right ph and ppm levels....i kinda didnt pay enough attention my first time and ended up not getting the results i wanted...it gets easier everytime u do it...becomes second nature

I have a ph meter but no ppm. This grow not only is my first time but it also has to be stealth.

Not only is this my first grow but I am completely broke and this grow has to be stealth.
So please keep this in mind.
I'm going to take your advise and give plants straight ph water for 2 weeks.
Then transplant, vegg for 1 more week and feed with 1/4 molasses per gallon.
And then switch to flower.
What do you suggest I do next?

As for the soil once again I am totally broke and thats why I am taking this opportunity to grow my own crop. I just used ffof but I read the soil already contain bat guano and worm castings plus there is perlite in the soil. I'm hoping I can go get some perlite before I transplant.

yea ffof does contain all that but it doesnt hurt to supplement ya kno...i understand ur tryin to keep it cheap...the perlite will help ya with watering deff tho..if u have a small space then i would deff start flowering early like u plan and make sure u get a descent digi timer...they are only like 18 bucks...dont be one of those first timers who thinks he will be home in time to turn the lights off on time each day ya kno...i wish i knew some home made solutions for nutes but besides epson salt for magnesium i really dont kno what u could use if ur not using nutes...it makes the world of difference when it comes to yeild and thats wat it sounds like ur trying to achieve...deff pretty little ones for a first timer....were the seeds fem?

I have a whole closet to grow in so space is not an issue. I also have a timer already. The seeds are an unknown hybrid strain. Molasses has nutrients in it and is a really good organic supplement. Thats why I was watering with it but I'm just gonna do straight water for a while now.
