I agree, it is an interesting article. I do wonder where they got the 5.?? of all arrest for MJ. If thats accurate, about 16 mllion people got arrested last year. VV

These number seem pretty inflated but even if that's the case....this is ridiculous. How is there not a bigger public out cry over this crazy waste of taxes.
