I don't have the money to purchase an HPS lighting system yet so I was thinking about going at this with fluorescent lights. I found these at Menards, not this exact package but one similar to it but with 200watts instead of 150. Do you think I would have a problem growing with these? I plan to buy 5-10 of them along with reflectors to reflect the light down on the plants.

I hear you should use the fluorescent tubes but I find that the wattage on these aren't nearly as high as I want.
