flowering time + reps

hey every1. i got a few questions to ask. ok as of 7-10-09 my plant showed it sex after 3 weeks of 12/12 its a female thanks god, but i wanted to know when will i start getting buds?. i lolipoped it as well, and i have it on nutes of 7-16-21 . but as of today one of my tops has pistils growing out of it to , but i want it to be covered in pistils and growing so how long does that take ? it first showed sex on my alternate node and then 1 of the tops and another alternate node. my plant is a hybrid of course, i have pics of it . as of now its 26 inches tall from the dirt to the top . so please and advise and help and answer will get reps . thanks alot people i have pics with it . the buddybuddy is a pic of 2 days ago and the others are before that and the pic with the busch mirror is about 3 weeks ago . the 2nd pic is the newest 1st pic is 3 weeks old 3rd and 4th pic are about a week old . and i dont have the mirror in my grow room . its was just there to take pics

From the looks of the pics, it seems you have a plant that is sativa dominant. That adds a lot of time to the process. I have a sativa growing now that didnt start to really show buds untill a month or so after going to 12/12 lights. The pic is at about six weeks of flower. I am going to have to wait for at least another four weeks to harvest. Sativas take a long time, but the high is worth the wait.

Get rid of the mirror. They absorb light, not reflect it.

For sure.. most people think that a mirror is good but in turn it is the complete opposite. Like cowboylogic says they absorb the light and that is how we see ourselves in them.... Just use B&W polly.. the white side of course and it will serve as the best reflector out there.

i dont have a mirror in there. it said it in my post and i just told him to . i have mylar in my grow room it was just there when i took the picture man . i know what mirrors do and thats why i have mylar.lol how maytimes do i have to repeat myself.
my plant is sexing already and has been in 12/12 for 3 weeks and i want to know when will it be like the guy who just posted his picture up. i want it like that . f*%k . thats what i want a answer on not a damn mirror that aint in my grow room .

I'd say another 2 - 3 wks at least before u really see any "buds" start forming. Good luck man

i tried the 24/0 darkness period when swithcing to flowering, and now i have some nice nugs already, and im only 1 and half weeks in. it speeds up the transformation from veg to flower...
just thought id add that if you are one of those impatient growers. happy growing!!

thanks bro but im almost 4 weekin in the 12/12 cycle and i gots pistils from sexing already im just trying to figure out when the buds strat to form or what ever. because each of my tops are showing its a female well the pistils so far and im waiting on mt bottom ones to show them

If the mirror didn't reflect light you could not see yourself. Mirrors reflect light.This is basic knowledge.

you . are the only one who said that but i dont have a mirror in the grow room man . why is everyone on that ? i said it like 5 times about the mirror situation. MY ROOM HAS MYLAR . THE MIRROR WAS SOMEWHERE WHERE I TOOK THE PIC NOT THE GROW ROOM.

The buds really gain there size and fill up in the last 2-3 weeksof flowering as they ripen, so dont be dissapointed, all your hard work will pay out in the last weeks, ODNT GIVE UP or think your doing something wrong. But dont forget that plants have feelings to,treat em the way you treat yourself, grow on that and theyll love you back!

you see your plants really start to fillout the last 2-3 weeks of its life cycle 4 now its just a waitin game good luck

and as 4 the pistils u should already b alble 2 see them if ur basicly 4 weeks in to flower if not then i would think somethin is wrong but it might b the strain u have if its sativa dominant but every plant ive seen at 4 weeks deffo should b showing signs

keep up the work for a week or 2 and repost some pics with some nice pistol and calyx formation(only the beginning) the plants needs to change its hormone levels to adjust to flower production, this can take awhile, but as soon as you start seeing a few it will start progressing heavily as long as there is no stress, so that what you are looking for will be there in the following weeks, No worries

because they dont read the all your text and want to hurry and answer or they are stoned and forget to read every word. But to the other guy, a mirror was designed to absorb all light, that is why behind the glass it is a black material(strangely makes a reflection) thats because it absorbs ALL light and holds it and that is what you see, but it DOES NOT reflect light, only an IMAGE

The time line varies from strain to strain. I put my plants in complete darkness for 48 before going to 12/12. I really kickstarts the flower process. These are 28 days into flower. Probaly about anout 4 weeks left.

Do you not feel putting your plants into 48hrs hours of darkness before flower puts them into a stretch ? and if it does would you say its good for them ? ive never tried this but would give it thought.

sativa takes a looooong time and isn't really the best for a noob.
Did you check to see if you have a light leak? If light gets in you growroom, when flowering, it will stunt the growth, an perhpaps cause it to go hermie, but to answer your question, if you have pestils happening, then you should start to see buds forming in another week and a half to 2 weeks, keep strong bro it's all a waiting game.
just keep doing what you're doing and check your grow room when the lights are off, to make sure no light leaks.
