Flowering Question...Hermies?

Hey everyone,
On saturday I decided to start flowering and switch the lights to 12/12. I didnt yet have a timer (had to turn off tho because people were coming over), so I pulled the plug at 830. I bought a cheap timer from wallyworld on sun but the cheap piece of shit didnt work so I ended up having to manually cut the lights off (I didnt till 10:30ish tho). Today I finally got a good timer from lowes and set it up, had the lights turn off at 8:30....However about 45min ago I was trying to make sure I had the timer set to work everyday and accidently turned the lights back on, they were on for about 3min before I noticed. My question is, given the very iffy lighting schedule the past 3 days is that going to harm my plants? Possibly cause them to turn hermie? Am I just paranoid? THX

But since you only started flowering a few days ago, and it was interrupted for 4 minutes (I add to what people say) I doubt you did any damage. I think the plants takes more then a couple cycles to be thrown fully into flowering state (plus people will flower for a bit to determine sex, then back to veg until a happy size for their grow)

I'm a noob too, but have read a lot (and probably annoyed enough with FAQ type Qs)
